Grace Upon Grace

From the fullness of God's grace every person has received one blessing after another. It is by grace that we live and move and have our being. It is by grace alone that we can be saved from sin and eternal judgment. It is by grace that we can recieve the gift of eternal life through faith in Jesus. It is by grace that we have the promise and hope of heaven in the life to come. These blessings are by grace alone. All of these blessings abound toward us not because we deserve it, not because we could ever earn it, but solely because God has made a sovereign choice to show us His favor.
