The Parable of the Sower

In the Parable of the Sower, Jesus tells of the power of the Gospel to save our souls. Just as the Sower indiscriminately cast his seed on every type of soil, so we should share the Gospel with all types of people. We also must tend the "soil" of our own hearts, so that we mature and produce the fruit of a Christlike life and effective service to the Lord.
