Luke 14:7-14

Jesus, by His mere presence, blows up all of our personal value systems. Instead of living in insecurity and fighting to promote ourselves in this world, Jesus would have us live in blessed assurance and humility. Rather than see other people through the prejudices of our fallen human nature, Jesus would have us see every person in the light of eternal truth.
